Well I am way behind in blogging, as usual.  I'll do a quick outline to catch us all up. 1) We moved! We love our new house.  We love the back yard. 2) We enjoyed Christmas.  Grammy Jill and Grandpa Glenn were here for Christmas. It was great fun and Rosaleen definitely got spoiled.  The livingroom overfloweth with Christmas gifts. 3) Rosaleen turned 2.  She had a great time and was sooo cute. 4) Rosaleen is learning so fast she has out smarted Ben and I a couple times.  She talks very well, and the communication seems to really help with avoiding tantrums (Now that I put that in writting, I fully expect her to have a giant tantrum everyday this week.) 5) Rosaleen and daddy are styaing home today because Rosa has a fever:( Cousin Carter rocking out at the party Little Cousin Lucas at the party with Aunt Heather Lucas rocking out, and Camdyn is watching! Birthday party pictures. Hopefully this weekend I can do an actual blog post-- with more pics.  We have some great pictures of cousins having fun too-- I'd like to post those.   But here are some action shots of the party.  Rosaleen had a great time! Thank you to Grammy and Grandpa Villa for all your help getting ready for the party.  It would not have been possible without you. No spell checking this morning......sorry.

Hi There, I have no pictures downloaded onto the computer....and that is my excuse for not blogging:(  I want to blog, I have a lot to tell you about Rosaleen--but no pictures.  I really need to learn to download them from the camera to the computer myself.....waiting on Ben is not working. Rosaleen just had her second birthday, and she had a great time.  We had a big party....lots and lots of people and she really thought it was fun.  A few days after her party she told her daddy, "I want a happy birthday." (Party in implied). Rosaleen is doing so well with her letters and numbers and really likes to color and paint.  She loves to use pens too.  However, Ben doesn't allow her to use pens, because she 'might poke her eye out'.  I personally don't think that will happen, but it is the rule. I have been trying to get to the computer to blog for days. We returned from our Texas and Oklahoma trip on Tuesday (to go back to work on Wednesday). We had such as great trip. We started in Texas by flying into Dallas and getting picked up by Grandpa and Nannie. We then went to Aunt Chris’s where Aunt Kathy and Uncle Alvin were waiting, along with Cousin Victoria (Rosaleen’s Great Aunts and Uncles and her second cousin). We played all night and ate lots of candy. Then right at bedtime Cousins Brian and Tammy(Sunny’s cousins) showed up with little cousins Abby and Brayden (Rosaleen’s second cousins) and with Uncle Keith and Peggy (Rosaleen’s Great Uncle)! This weekend Rosaleen, Mommy and Daddy met Cousin Ericka, Matt and little Cousin Lucas at the zoo. We had a fun time and Rosaleen got to see lots of animals, which she loves. Little Lucas was a super cutie and he didn’t make a fuss once the entire time!!!! The mammas and the babies When we got home Grandpa Pat was at our apartment to visit. Grandpa brought his four legged-furry friend Millie along too. Rosaleen had a super great time showing off for Grandpa and covering Millie up with blankets. Rosaleen even said the entire alphabet by herself for the very first time. She has been almost doing it for a couple weeks, but in order to impress Grandpa she said the whole thing. Lucas and Rosaleen smiling at each other Today we took Rosaleen to get her foot measured. It measured an 8, but because it is narrow and 8 is actually too big. We got her a 7.5 and a 7. Rosaleen was getting new shoes for her big trip coming up. This Wednesday we are all leaving for Texas...
