Poooooor Grandpa Pat had to spend much of the summer in rehab for his surgical site that was not healing.  For much of that time, he was in Carson City NV!  WE had originally thought of going to Independence for the 4th of July. WE rented an RV and were ready for the trip, but when July arrived, poor Grandpa wasn't in Independence.   We decided to make Independence a stop on our very long trip to Carson City. Parade ready WoooWeee!~ Look at that parade. Lovin the ice cold river It was a long trip First day in Independance Carson City. First time bowling.  They are so proud Finnley was determined. But I made it too.  Nothing says summer like the fair.  Next year Finnley will get to go.  Rosaleen dressed her brother (my sweet helpers) Kinder is done, going to zoo camp with cousin Cammi.  Ooops.  Are they in mamma and daddy's bed??????????? WHAT?

Whelp, I guess this would be a good time to umm, I didn't get to my post as timely as I was hoping too? Ah. Better late than never?  IDK.  Anyway, Finnley DID have a 3rd birthday party and it was fun.  But we did keep it small because after the smoke attack of the 2nd party I have sworn off big parties at the house FOREVER.  those are spiderman cupcakes, along with a Spiderman pinata and balloons makes it a Spiderman party! He got more track for his birthday.   AND he got a Batmobile. Yepper. A big one he can drive.  Believe it or not, I don't have a picture of that! I will get one though.
